Turnbull is on the mound for Philadelphia and he has been sharp so far and has had the steady arm so far in the bullpen. This game is not going to see a lot of runs scored. Turnbull has been good at striking out batters, but the Phillies offense has sputtered in games with their bats going silent quite a bit.
