Both have all their players healthy and ready to go so the scoring will come from both sides. The Hawks are 8-5 to the Over when they are a road underdog of six points or less this season. Atlanta, off two consecutive losses, are 6-1 to the Over this season. Atlanta have played their last twelve of fifteen games this season to the Over. The Bulls, however, are a little better on defense but that won’t matter as both are soft on defense and there won’t be a lot of blocked shots and protection around the arc and the rim. The Bulls have also put up on average 123 points in their last four games of the season. The total has gone over in four of the Bulls last five games this season. After two or more consecutive overs, the Bulls are shockingly 21-8 to the Over. This total is a little too low, so expect this game to go Over.
