Both pitchers are not in great form right now. Burnes has allowed many runs in his last several starts and he has an ERA of 6.12 in two starts pitched against the Dodgers. His starts have gone over in three of his last five. Buehler hasn’t been himself since he’s back on the mound and he is sporting an ERA of 6.09 and a WHIP of 1.67. Baltimore’s bullpen average has ballooned to 4.41 collectively. This game is going to see a lot of runs as both pitchers are struggling so taking the over is where the value lies.
