In a battle of rookie pitchers, I'm going to lean on the more 'seasoned' rookie pitcher in Bryce Miller. Phillips will be making his first big league start and, while he has good strikeout numbers, he does have some issues with his control. Look for the Mariners' lineup to get some good swings the second and third time through the lineup and Miller to keep the Reds' potent offense off-balance. Take the Mariners with the money line.
