Mike Tomlin should be considered for Coach of the Year with the job he's done keeping this team competitive. They are near the bottom in nearly every category on both sides of the ball. What they do well is cause turnovers and don't hurt themselves with penalties. They will not fare well on the road Sunday against a Rams team that has been much improved this year.
