A funny thing happened to the T-Wolves in game four as they struggled with foul trouble with their bigs; they realized that they matched up much better with Dallas using a smaller, quicker lineup. By playing Anderson at the power forward spot and going with Towns at center and Edwards and McDaniel on the wings, the Wolves were able to get out on shooters and bother the Dallas' guards. Doncic still had 29 but it took a lot of shots to get there and Irving had just 16. With less bigs clogging the lane, Edwards had his most productive game of the series as did Towns, who got comfortable on the perimeter for the first time all series. This series is heading back to Dallas.
