(MLB) St. Louis vs. LA Dodgers,
Money Line: 108.00 St. Louis (Away)
Result: Win
I respect the Dodgers' 21-8 home record and I like their scheduled starter today, Brett Anderson. But right now it's either fade the Dodgers, or stay away from them.

LA is 9-13 in its last 22 games. That includes a 3-10 mark versus the winning teams they have faced.

St. Louis has the best record in baseball. The Cardinals are dominant at home, but they also are 14-11 (56 percent) on the road.

The Cardinals draw a tired and fatigued Dodgers squad that is minus Yasiel Puig, Howie Kendrick, Carl Crawford, Scott Van Slyke and several of their relievers.

This marks the Dodgers' ninth game in eight days. They had to endure lengthy rain delays in Colorado arriving back in LA at 3 a.m. yesterday following seven straight road games.

The Cardinals are 9-2 in their last 11 games. They have won eight of Carlos Martinez's past 10 starts. If it weren't for a two-out, ninth inning grand slam home run by Alex Guerrero, the Dodgers would be 1-4 the past five times they've been favored.

Anderson is solid when healthy, which he rarely has been during his career. He's healthy now, but Martinez is the hottest pitcher in baseball having worked three consecutive scoreless starts spanning 20 1/3 innings. No starting pitcher has a longer streak going. Martinez has only given up 10 hits during this time frame, while fanning 21.

Martinez faced the Dodgers in his last start five days ago winning, 3-1. He limited LA to one hit in seven innings, striking out eight.
