Monmouth is on a 7-2-1 ATS run. The Hawks have won and covered their last four games. Power rating-wise, this game opened too short in my view. The Hawks have given up 64 points or fewer in three of their last four games.
Niagara hasn't been playing as well losing three of its last four games while failing to cover in three of its past four games. 
So I'm going to go ahead and lay what I believe is a value number.
