Win or lose, this is a top value play to get Dylan Cease at this plus price. The Rays are going with their ace, Shane McClanahan. Tampa has the best record in baseball at 17-3.

So this certainly isn't an anti-Rays play. It just comes down to getting Cease as a rare underdog and at a price he's not likely to be during the rest of the season. 

Cease was No. 2 in ERA in the American League last year at 2.20. McClanahan was at 2.54. Both are pitching well again. Cease is 2-0 with a 2.01 ERA. He also has a 2.93 career ERA in three starts against the Rays. McClanahan has a 3.27 lifetime ERA versus the White Sox in two starts.

The White Sox nearly upset the Rays. They lost, 8-7, Friday by blowing a two-run ninth inning lead courtesy of Reynaldo Lopez, who no longer is on my Rotisserie team after that meltdown.
