This is a tough one, and I did go back and forth a bit. Neither of these two teams have faced anyone this season, so we have to look deeper than that. They played a close game at the beginning of last season, and here we have what looks like a downgrade at QB for Ohio State, and a massive upgrade for the Irish. I'll take the home dog plus the points here as a late add.
