Taking CENTRAL MICHIGAN here. Minny has been slumping going 1-4 down the stretch. After their HC Kill announced his resignation, they went out and lost a tough one, 29-26 to Michigan. They hung tough their next 2 roadies, losses to OSU (28-14) and Iowa (40-35). Is this why they are favored at 5-7? I said this on my Wednesday podcast. 6-6 Washington favored by 9 over 9 win Southern Miss and 5-7 Minny minus points over 7 win CMU. They are begging you to grab the dogs and I am betting Washington rolls. But I have different thought about the Gophers... Well- here they are. I just touched on 1-5 slide to end the year. New HC Clayes has fired his OC and QB coach. That leaves Mitch Leidner with little time to learn whatever new schemes will be introduced. Cooper Rush had a fine season for the Chipps. This is also a near home game for them. I know Minny is pumped for even getting a bowl after 5 wins. But I will lean on the dogs from the MAC here.
