Taking the RANGERS here. We cashed with Oakland last night. But we will flip sides and back Hamels as the short road fave. Hahn gets the nod out of Triple A tonight. Now, he has 2 starts under his belt already this year going 12 innings (4 runs) for a perfect 3 ERA. The guy really doesn't have terrible career numbers (14-11 3.21 32 games 30 starts). He should really be given a spot at the end of someones rotation. But in all fairness. He isn't Cole Hamles and the Rangers coming off a loss. I thought we would see a Texas let down last night and we got it. Ranges 16-1 in his last 17 starts. We know what we are getting from the lefty. 200 innings 200 Ks, solid ERA.
