Taking the PHILLIES, going RUN LINE. We had Philly yesterday and we come back again today. Angels release guys in the afternoon yesterday. Wow. How is that for a team boost. Yikes. Detmers, a guy I really like -(if you watch Mid Day Money, you know I had a Cy Young Future on him!) has been down right awful this season. Not expecting much this afternoon. He is closing in on doubling his work load from last year. Less game, less innings, more hits, more HRs, more walks (more Ks too). But these are the growing pains you get with young pitchers. Sign me up for Sanchez, who I think is getting the nod here. 13 starts on the season - 1.01 WHIP. He has given up more than 3 runs just once this year.
