10* Chicago Cubs
I know the Cubs are never a Hot Pick, but I see great value in them at home this afternoon against the Brewers. Jeff Samardzija has been one of the Top 5 pitchers in baseball this season, despite his 0-3 record. Samardzija is ranked in the Top 10 in the National league in multiple categories, most impressively 2nd in ERA at 1.45 and he owns a whip of 1.05. I can't think of a better pitcher to back at pretty much a pick em' than this guy. He is hungry to get his first win and his teammates have to be ready to finally give this guy some help. Take the Cubs, I mean Jeff Samardzija to the Bank Friday afternoon!
