Penn State used a last-moment TD to win and cover 38-15 at home over WVU last year as a 21-point favorite, but I think the visitors will struggle to do the same thing this year.

No outright upset or anything, but I do suspect the much-improved home side to put up a much better fight this season.

The Mountaineers went on to finish 9-4 last year, and it has most of the pieces in place to improve this season.

The Nittany Lions also return most of their same team and are primed for another big year, but with new coordinators on both sides of the ball, quarterback Drew Allar and company will have to deal with some transition.

WVU will be "lucky" to match last year's record, especially with such competitive teams added to the conference like Arizona State, Arizona, Utah and Colorado.

But the Mountaineers three RB's are formidable and should be able to control long stretches of this game.
