This is an 8* SUPER TOTAL on the OVER Angels/Rays.

Both teams have been involved in several lower-scoring games of late, but I'm finally anticipating some offensive fireworks.

LA is now 7-3 after taking the opener of this one yesterday by a score of 4-3.

Tampa though is now 4-6 after five straight losses. Looking back though the Rays have seen the total eclipse the posted number in seven of their last ten in trying to avenge a home loss as a favorite vs. an opponent.

We have two decent starters going head-to-head here in the Angels' Yusei Kikuchi and the Rays' Ryan Pepiot, but each is in the wrong place, at the wrong time today.

The overall situation, combined with the above listed trend point to this total flying OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
