A couple of the league's best go head to head and as you can tell by the spread, the oddsmakers think this game will come down to the wire. So do I and as such, I'm going to recommend grabbing as many points as you can in this one. Toronto has won six straight and hasn't won seven in a row since Vince Carter's reign North of the border. Both teams can put the rock in the hole, I don't see any point in talking about or analyzing individual player matchups on the offensive end of the court. For me, this is mainly a situationally based play: Dallas comes in with momentum, it had lost two in a row before rallying past New York in Wednesday's 109-102 win in OT. This is also a big contest for Dallas as it's the first stop on a four-game road trip. And lastly, Dallas plays with double revenge after losing both in the series last year, Toronto overcoming deficits of at least 19 points in each victory. Note that the Mavs are 4-2 ATS on the road already this year and 2-1 ATS vs. good offensive teams which average 99-plus points per contest. And note that Toronto is just 12-14 ATS in its last 26 after three or more consecutive SU wins. While the outright win isn't out of the question obviously, grab the points; play on DALLAS.
