AAA's 10* American League ASSASSIN!
(MLB) NY Yankees vs. Baltimore,
Money Line: -108.00 Baltimore (Home)
Result: Loss
Money Line: -108.00 Baltimore (Home)
Result: Loss
This is a 10* ASSASSIN on the Baltimore Orioles.
I think the home side is under-valued in this position and in my opinion, this is the very definition of great line value. Baltimore would score 19 total runs in its weekend match with Toronto, but gave up 23 and dropped two of three. Chris Tillman was on the hook in yesterday's 10-7 loss, giving up seven runs over just 2 2/3's innings. Adam Jones though would go 7 of 10 with two home runs and five RBI's. Wei-Yin Chen gets the call for the home side; Chen would end the 2014 season by posting a 2.05 ERA over his final 30 2/3's innings, but looked a bit shaky after getting chased in 4 2/3's frames in his team's eventual 6-5 win over the Rays on Tuesday, he'd ultimately give up three runs and four hits with two walks. Chen will be opposed by Michael Pineda, who looked decent in his season debut vs. Toronto on Wednesday, pitching six innings and giving up two runs while walking one and striking out six before leaving without a decision in his teams 4-3 win. The Yanks though have for the most part been struggling at the plate this season (other than yesterday's big effort), so I am going to call the pitchers a "wash" today, but am giving the O's lineup the slight nod at the plate and that's going to be enough to tip the scales in their favor; play on BALTIMORE.
