This is a 10* NON-CONFERENCE TOTAL OF THE YEAR on the UNDER between the Toronto Raptors and the Sacramento Kings.
REASONING: Sacrameonto is struggling and as such, head coach Dave Joerger is implementing a new starting lineup tonight. The Kings come in off a 121-115 loss to the Clippers, their fourth straight setback. After allowing 40 points in the opening 12 minutes against LA, its worst defensive quarter of the year, we're expecting a much more aggressive effort tonight. We also think that this "new" lineup will go through some predictable "growing pains." The Kings will be focusing on the Raptors' DeMar DeRozan, who leads the NBA as 33 PPG. Toronto is primed for a letdown here though after its big 113-111 OT win in Denver on Friday. Note that the Raptors have seen the total go UNDER in 17 of their last 27 after playing to three or more consecutive OVERs, while the Kings have seen the total go UNDER in nine of their last 15 as a home dog in the 3.5 to six points range. When these teams met on November 6th in Toronto, Sacramento won 96-91 (the last time the Kings even posted a victory).
