Gallardo had been hit or miss previous to that "dud," and note the he's been pretty pedestrian on the road so far by going 1-2 with a 4.43 ERA.
Eduardo Rodriguez: He's 3-1 with a 3.10 ERA. Rodriguez gave up three runs off six hits while walking one and striking out eight over eight innings in a 12-3 rout of the A's on Sunday. It was the southpaws' sixth straight quality start to open 2017 and note that he's been particularly sharp at home this year with a 2.38 ERA.
