This spread is high at 10.5 points but in this case, I think it is warranted. The Hoyas are just not very good right now. They got blown out by Marquette and lost by 14 to a pretty average Butler team at home. Georgetown just doesn't have enough defense to stop a prolific St John's offense. Guard Julian Champagnie is one of the best scorers in college basketball, pouring in 21.2 points and grabbing 7.3 rebounds. He is shooting 40.7% from the 3-point arc.
The Red Storm have one of the best scorers in the country leading their team, while Georgetown is still dealing with COVID-19 issues. The Hoyas could be without two of their top scorers on Sunday, which will not help an offense that is already struggling to score.

They rank 301st in points allowed and 177th in defensive efficiency. The Hoyas don't have a great perimeter defense and that won't play well against a good shooting Red Storm team. The home team is 13-6-1 ATS in the last 20 meetings. Take St. John's here giving up the points.
