Chelsea is in tenth, and Man City is second. Last weekend the Blues won 3-1, but we expect they'll be in for a "war of attrition" this weekend. The home side got past FC Copenhagen 3-1 in Champions League this week, and while confident, we don't anticipate a wide-open affair, as City will be cautious here in this spot vs. the Blues. With each side waiting for the other to make the first mistake, all signs point to this one staying well "under" the number once it's all said and done; the play is the "under!"
