Our selection is on the Toronto Maple Leafs to cover the Puck Line against the Carolina Hurricanes on Sunday at 5:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Toronto allowed zero goals yesterday winning in a shootout against Montreal.

The Leafs have won six of their L7 games this year and will probably face Ottawa in the first round of the playoffs.

The Maple Leafs have also won six games in a row against opponent within the Metropolitan Division.

Carolina did win yesterday but still have one just one of their L5 games.

The Canes are really good at home but we think that Toronto could steal one today with how well its playing defensively.

We like the Leafs to keep it within a goal at least.
