AAA's AMERICAN LEAGUE PITCHING MISMATCH! +$12,000 MLB Y-T-D!
(MLB) Seattle vs. Baltimore,
Money Line: -115.00 Baltimore (Home)
Result: Loss
This is an 8* SITUATIONAL PITCHING MISMATCH on the Baltimore Orioles.

In my opinion, this is the very definition of great line value, I like the home side to take advantage of this favorable pitching mismatch and to find a way to get the job done at the end of the night. The O's turn to Miguel Gonzalez (5-5, 3.77 ERA) to continue their streak, Baltimore enters this contest having won eight of its last 11. Gonzalez looks to take advantage of a M's team which is hitting a palrty .211 and averaging 2.2 runs during a 3-7 stretch. Note that Gonzalez has given up no more than two runs in four straight starts and has reached the eighth frame in three of them, most recently allowing one run off eight scattered hits over six innings in his team's eventual 3-2 win at Seattle on Sunday. One other player to keep your eyes on is Baltimore's Manny Machada who was 3 for 4 yesterday and who is batting .333 with five RBI's over his last five overall (note that Machada is a career .333 hitter vs. the Mariners). And I think that's bad news for Seattle rookie James Paxton (2-0, 2.25 ERA) who will be making his first start since April 8th due to a left lat strain; note that Paxton would give up nine runs, including three dingers in 13 innings spanning four rehabilitation starts. I don't see a lapse in concentration from Baltimore, it gets the nod at the bump and at the plate, lay the short price.
