AAA's 10* FRIDAY NIGHT O/U *SCORPION* (Part III)
(NBA) Sacramento vs. Phoenix,
Total: 207.50 | -105.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 207.50 | -105.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 10* SCORPION on the UNDER between the Sacramento Kings and the Phoenix Suns.
Before it's 131-109 beatdown win over Denver on Wednesday, the Kings had held their last three opponents to 95 points or fewer. Surprisingly I think, Sacramento ranks among the league leaders in field goal percentage defense thus far, the team is now seeking its first give game win skein in nine seasons: "Us playing defense the way we are, communicating and playing together, is helping on the offensive end," big man DeMarcus Cousins said yesterday. "Playing defense, I believe, helps build chemistry. We trust in one another and it's going over to the other side of the floor." While the Suns are surely going to be put up a better fight than their 102-91 setback to Memphis on Wednesday, it's still important to note that they've been held to 94 points or fewer three times already this year. Note that Sacramento has seen the total dip below the posted number in 23 of its last 34 vs. division opponents, while Phoenix has seen it fall UNDER the number in 19 of its last 34 vs. divisional foes and in eight of its last 13 after playing to three or more consecutive OVERS. An important early contest for both of these hopeful teams, all signs point to the UNDER as the savvy move in this one.
