The Raiders struggled defensively at the start of the season, but they've looked much better in recent games. They have a reliable arm in Derek Carr who has passed for 1808 yards and a total of 13 touchdowns with just three picks, while the Bucs QB Jameis Winston has 1596 yards, 12 touchdown passes and nine picks.
Oakland is somewhat underrated by bookmakers and the public despite sitting top of the AFC West. Let's go with the Raiders here.
