World Series Game 6 *BOOKIE BREAKER*
Play: Cleveland Indians +1.5
Rating: 8*
The Chicago Cubs managed to stay alive in the World Series with a 3-2 win home at Wrigley Field on Sunday. We won with the Indians +1.5 runs in that game, and that looks like a terrific play in Tuesday's contest as well.
Cleveland hands the ball to Josh Tomlin who has allowed two or fewer runs in each of his last eight appearances dating back to the regular season. He tossed 4 2/3 scoreless innings in Game 3 of this series and should be fresh despite playing on just three days of rest since he tossed just 58 pitches in that contest. The Cubs turn to Jake Arrieta who notched a 5-1 win Wednesday night in Game 2 when he took a no-hitter into the sixth inning. Taking on the Tribe here at Progressive Field will be a tougher challenge though, and Arrieta has hardly impressed in most of his postseason starts.
In what's likely to be a tight and low-scoring game, how could one possibly pass up on taking the extra run on the home team at this price.
