The San Antonio Spurs and the Phoenix Suns will do battle at Mexico City Saturday evening.
San Antonio is coming off a 134-94 beat down of the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, and I like the Spurs to roll here as they're 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points and 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a losing straight up record.
The Phoenix Suns have dropped back-to-back home games to Cleveland and Dallas, the 113-108 loss to the Mavs also here in Mexico City. I don't think the familiarity with the arena will be enough to help them here though.
The Suns have struggled with Western Conference teams all season going 3-13-1 ATS in their last 17 vs. Western Conference and they're 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings with the Spurs. San Antonio won two meetings last month by an average of 18 points, and I expect another blowout win for the Spurs here.
