Money Line: 109.00 Atlanta (Away)
Result: Win
Play: Atlanta Braves
Rating: 10/10*
The Atlanta Braves ended a six-game losing streak with an 8-4 win here at Marlins Park last night, and I like them to ride that momentum to a victory in Game 2 of the series.
Julio Teheran (2-3, 4.69 ERA) takes the ball for Atlanta. He's been rather inconsistent this season, but he's allowed just four runs through 19 1/3 innings of work covering three starts on the road. The Marlins counter with Edinson Volquez (0-4, 4.71 ERA) who has really struggled with his control lately. Volquez gave up three runs on three hits and eight(!) walks through 4 1/3 frames of a 3-1 loss to Tampa Bay his last time out. He's walked four batters or more in each of his last four starts.
Miami has won only three of its last 16 games. Great price on the Braves here.
