The San Antonio Spurs looked like they were gonna beat the Golden State Warriors outright in the first game of the Western Conference finals. Then star small forward Kawhi Leonard went down with a sprained left ankle in the third quarter and the Warriors came back to book a 113-111 triumph. I expect Leonard to be back tonight and the Spurs to give Golden State another tough game. The underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five head-to-head meetings, and the Warriors are asked to cover way too many points once again.
