The Dallas Mavericks pounded the Los Angeles Clippers 108-82 on Saturday, and I think they'll make light work of the Denver Nuggets Monday night. The Nuggets are winners of three of their last four, but they'll be without their best player, center Nikola Jokic, who is out with a sprained ankle and Paul Millsap had surgery to fix a torn ligament in his left wrist and is likely to need up to three months to recover.
Sure, Denver defeated the Lakers 115-100 at home on Saturday, but the game was much closer than the scoreline would suggest as the Nuggets scored the last 15 points. We can also note that they're 0-7 ATS in their last seven games following a straight up win of more than 10 points and 1-5 ATS in their last six road games. The Mavericks are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and Denver fits the bill at 3-7 SU on the road this season (compared to 10-2 at home).
My selection is an 8* play on Dallas Mavericks.
