I typically stay away from the RL with home teams, but I don't hate taking Phillies -1.5 at plus money. For this play we're going with the Phillies ML. Suarez has arguably been the best pitcher in MLB this season. His most recent outing was his first loss of the season. That was on the road. Now he pitches back at home where he has been awesome for his whole career. The Phillies offense faces off against Sonny Gray. Though he does have good numbers and shut out the Phillies in 5 innings at St louis, he is not so good on the road. St' Louis is 9-15 vs winning teams.
