It was just 10 days ago that the Michigan State Spartans were upset at home by Texas Southern, a team that came in 0-8 on the road. They bounced back with a win over the Citadel Bulldogs two days later, but I am not sure that MSU deserves to be such a heavy favorite against the #12 ranked Terrapins tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Injuries - Branden Dawson is expected to return after missing time with a fractured wrist, but he's far from 100% and will be wearing a brace.

2. Previous History - The Terrapins have won two of their last three meetings with Michigan State, and two of those three games were decided by just two points.

3. X-Factor - The Terrapins are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record.
