The New York Rangers had a five game winning streak snapped two days ago as they were shut out at MSG in a 3-0 defeat by their crosstown rivals the Islanders. Tonight they're on the road at Boston, facing a surging Bruins team that has won four consecutive games. It has been a disappointing first half of the season for Boston, but I think we could see the Bruins turn the corner in the second half.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. The Bruins D - The Bruins have conceded only six goals over their last four games, holding opponents to less than 20 shots twice. They are allowing 2.21 goals per game on home ice and are likely to give Tuukka Rask a third consecutive start, he is 13-4-4 at TD Garden for the season. The Rangers have confirmed that back-up Cam Talbot will tend the net, giving King Henrik a rest after conceding all three goals over the first two periods against the Islanders. Talbot has not been very successful on the road, going 2-3-0 behind a 3.05 GAA.
