Result: Win

Result: Win
The New York Rangers will play host to long time rival Boston Bruins in this rivalry Wednesday meeting. Both teams come in playing well. The visiting Bruins have gone 9-1-4 in their last 14 games. The Rangers meanwhile look to sweep a three game home stand with a win here. The Bruins have gotten the better of the Rangers at MSG of late but that can't last forever and will end tonight with a motivated Rangers team at home.
Here are my keys to the game:
Home ice advantage- The Rangers are 16-7-3 on home ice this season and this is will the third game of a three game home stand were they have already got wins over Carolina and Florida. The Blue Shirts outscored the Canes and the Panthers 10-4 over that stretch. Boston is just 11-9-3 on the road this season.
Rangers' getting on a roll- The Rangers have won two in a row and five of seven coming in. New York is 12-5 in game after winning the previous one by two goals or more. We saw the Rangers go on a major streak in December and they could easily be on the start of one here.
X-Factor- We will call it the "Revenge factor." The Bruins have gone 6-0-2 in the last eight overall matchups and 3-0-1 in the past four at MSG. The Rangers will be heavily motivated to get a win back over long-time rival Boston. New York is 11-9 revenging a loss to an opponent this season.
Selection- This is a play on the New York Rangers. (8*)
