Point Spread: -8.50 | -110.00 Colorado State (Home)
Result: Win
The Colorado State Ram closed out the regular season on a five game winning streak, finishing just a game back of first place. The Rams will play Fresno State on Thursday, and the Bulldogs finished with a record of 10-8. The Bulldogs failed to compete with the Rams during the season, losing both meetings. There is not much reason to expect a different result here tonight.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Rams have won seven of the last eight in this series, and five of those seven wins came by a double-digit margin. Colorado State also won all three of it's neutral site games during the season, while the Bulldogs lost all three of theirs.
2. Three Point Shooting - Colorado State was 7-of-16 (43.8%) from beyond the arc in an 81-73 win at Fresno State on February 18th, and it comes in shooting an average of 38.5% from three-point range in neutral site games. The Bulldogs are hitting an abysmal 24.6% with three-point attempts in their neutral site games so far.
3. X-Factor - The Rams have feasted on inferior opposition, covering the spread in six of their last seven games versus teams with a losing record.
Selection: This is a play on the Colorado State Rams (10*)
