The Golden State Warriors have been almost unbeatable at ORACLE Arena, but they could be tested tonight hosting the Eastern Conference leading Atlanta Hawks. The Warriors might like to avenge a loss at Atlanta earlier this season, but I like the Hawks here getting a half dozen points.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Warriors have won three of their four home games against Atlanta since 2010, but two of those three wins came in games decided by fewer than five points. Atlanta is a tough road team as well, covering the spread at a rate of 20-7-1 in it's last 28 road games.
2. Klay Thompson - He led all scorers with 29 points on 11-of-20 shooting in the most recent meeting between these two teams, but he's out with a sprained ankle and will not play tonight.
3. X-Factor - The Hawks are 19-7 ATS in their last 26 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.
Selection: This is a play on the Atlanta Hawks (10*)
