Point Spread: -4.00 | -107.00 Brooklyn (Home)
Result: Loss
The Brooklyn Nets are coming off an inspiring victory over the Pacers in Indiana on Saturday, and they will look to build on that momentum as they return home to host the Celtics tonight. These are two teams trending in opposite directions, and the Nets can move into a tie for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference with a win tonight.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Recent History - Brooklyn has won four of it's last five, with the only loss during that span coming at Cleveland, while the Celtics are coming off three straight losses.
2. Fatigue - This will be the Celtics second game in as many nights, and their third game in four nights. They are also a little shorthanded in the back court with Marcus Smart serving a suspension, and Isaiah Thomas out with an elbow injury.
3. X-Factor - The Celtics are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of less than .400.
Selection: This is a play on the Brooklyn Nets (8*)
