The Stanford Cardinal will face the Old Dominion Monarchs in the NIT Semifinal tonight at Madison Square Garden. The Cardinal come in as slight favorites, and I have to think it's a bargain getting Stanford at this price, given the way they have played in the tournament so far.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous History - Stanford is coming off wins over tough opponents in Vanderbilt and Rhode Island, while the Monarchs have had an easier path, playing teams from the smaller conferences (Illinois State, Murray State and Charleston).

2. Anthony Brown - The 6"6 senior scored a season high 26 points on 9-of-15 shooting in the win over the Commodores. He's also been money from the charity stripe, going a perfect 17-for-17 in his last five games.

3. X-Factor - The Cardinal are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 non-conference games.
