Sunday's game between the Thunder and the Pacers in Indiana should be a good one. Both teams are facing a "must win" situation in their pursuit for a playoff spot. The Pacers are sitting in ninth in the East, a game back of the Nets, while the Thunder are tied with New Orleans for eighth in the West. I expect this game to be a war of attrition, and we should see a low scoring affair.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Home Cookin' - The Pacers have won their last three home games, allowing the opposition to average just 87 points in those contests. They've also seen the total go under in six of their last seven home games versus a team with a road winning percentage below .400.
2. Injuries - Paul George is back for the Pacers, but he's only playing limited minutes as he tries to work himself back into shape. The Thunder are still without Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka, and several role players are also banged up.
3. X-Factor - The Thunder have seen the total go under in five of their last seven overall, and the total for tonight's game looks a little high all things considered.
Selection: This is a play on the Thunder@Pacers to go UNDER the total (10*)
