The Blazers are on the brink of elimination as they get set to host the Grizzlies in Game 4 of this first round series in Portland tonight. The Grizzlies have been by far the better team so far in this series, but I think Portland will salvage a little pride by avoiding the sweep with a win at home tonight.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Home Cookin' - The Blazers home record of 32-10 during the regular season was impressive, and I expect them to go all out tonight, even if it is just delaying the inevitable.
2. Injuries - The Blazers have been battling injuries since the tail end of the regular season, but they got Arron Afflalo back in Game 3, while the Grizzlies lost their starting PG Mike Conley to an eye injury. Conley won't play in Game 4 for the Grizzlies, and his status beyond that is uncertain.
3. X-Factor - Damian Lillard showed some positive signs in Game 3, after struggling with his shot in the two games in Memphis, he scored 22 points on 9-of-17 shooting.
Selection: This is a play on the Portland Trailblazers.(10*)
