"The Coach's" 3-Game Wed. Night NBA Playoff Pass (w/ THREE *10*s!)
(NBA) Brooklyn vs. Atlanta,
Point Spread: 9.00 | -105.00 Brooklyn (Away)
Result: Loss
Point Spread: 9.00 | -105.00 Brooklyn (Away)
Result: Loss
All is not well in Atlanta, the Hawks return home with this series tied at 2-2, and the Nets appear to have momentum on their side. Paul Pierce said prior to the playoffs that Toronto doesn't have "it" and ""As good as Atlanta is, they just don't give off that aura where we're afraid of them." They don't call him "The Truth" for nothing.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Deron Williams - The 30 year old has turned back the clock, looking very much like the All Star he was earlier in his career. D"Will scored 35 points while playing through pain in Game 4. He was 7-of-11 from beyond the arc.
2. Line Value - The Hawks won both the first two games of this series in Atlanta, but the margin of victory in each of those games was far lower than what they are being asked to cover here tonight.
3. X-Factor - Brook Lopez scored 48 points and puled down 23 boards in the Nets two home wins, and he's getting the better of Al Horford in this series so far.
Selection: This is a play on the Brooklyn Nets.(10*)
