The Tampa Bay Lightning will be looking to complete the sweep of this Eastern Conference semifinals series against the Montreal Canadiens tonight. They've won two of the first three meetings 2-1, and I think they look good to take down another close encounter and advance to the conference finals.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous Meetings - Montreal swept the Lightning in the playoffs last season but there's no denying that Tampa Bay has owned the Habs all season long. Tampa won each of the five meetings during the regular-season and scored 16 goals on Carey Price over his four starts.
2. Situational - The Habs are just 2-5 in their last seven playing on back-to-back nights while the Lightning have a positive 5-2 record over their last seven playing on 0 days of rest.
3. X-Factor - Steven Stamkos was rather quiet in the conference quarterfinals against the Red Wings but he's tallied one goal and three assist over the first three games in this series.
Selection: This is a play on the Tampa Bay Lightning (8*)
