The Rockets head to LA looking to force a Game 7 back in Houston, but they will have to be a lot better than they were in Games 3 & 4 of this series. The Clippers have never been to the Conference Finals, and they might be feeling the pressure here tonight with a chance to clinch.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - While the Clippers have been dominant at home in this series, that wasn't the case in the first round against the Spurs. In fact they've failed to cover in eight of their last 10 at Staples Center.
2. Line Value - Because the last two games at LA were blowouts, the Clippers are asked to cover an inflated number here tonight, higher than it has been in any of the past 10 meetings between these two teams.
3. X-Factor - James Harden played through illness to record his first career playoff triple-double in Game 5, scoring 22 points, 10 assists and 11 rebounds. "They kind of embarrassed us twice in LA, so we knew could play a lot better and we did tonight," Harden said.
Selection: This is a play on the Houston Rockets (10*)
