The Phillies counter with David Buchanan, who has just one victory on the season. Buchanan (1-5, 7.00 ERA) allowed three runs on six hits over 6.1 innings in a no decision versus Tampa in his last start.

2. Buchanan vs. Division Opponents - The Phillies are 1-11 in Buchanans last 12 starts vs. National League East.

3. X-Factor - Umpire Mark Carlson hasn't been kind to home teams, with the road team winning six of his last seven games behind home plate.
