The Pistons have been a bit of a surprise so far, starting the season by winning back-to-back games. They defeated the Hawks in Atlanta on Opening Night, and then returned home to beat Utah by a score of 92-87. I like Detroit as a home dog here against Chicago on Friday.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Battle on the Boards - The Pistons have dominated on the glass so far, out-rebounding opponents by a +25 margin through their first two games. The Bulls have been out-rebounded in both games so far, with a margin of -9.

2. Reggie Jackson - The 25 year old out of Boston College is feeling the hot hand so far this season. He's scored a total of 34 points on 11-of-24 shooting in the first two games. He led all scorers with 20 points in a 114-91 win over the Bulls in the pre-season.

3. X-Factor - The Bulls have failed to cover in four of their last five against the Pistons.
