*8* play St. Louis Rams.
The Minnesota Vikings have had a light schedule so far this season, with a pair of wins over the lowly Detroit Lions, and home wins over Kansas City and San Diego who were both banged up at the time. They host a legitimate contender from the mighty NFC West this week, and they could be in for a long day against the Rams.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Todd Gurley - The rookie running back is steamrolling the opposition this season, coming off four straight games with over 120 yards rushing. He's averaging 6.1 yards per carry for the season, in comparison to Adrian Peterson's 4.5 yards per carry.
2. Rams Defense - St. Louis ranks near the top of the league in run defense, allowing opponents to average just 98 rushing yards per game. They held San Francisco to just 38 yards rushing last week. Don't expect Adrian Peterson to run wild in Minnesota this week.
3. X-Factor - Despite playing many of the league's softest defenses, Teddy Bridgewater has thrown just six TD passes and five INTs. He
Selection: This is a play on the St. Louis Rams (8*)
