*10* Non-Conference TOTAL OF THE MONTH on UNDER Nets/Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors are in a class of their own so far this season, undefeated after 10 games, and they've covered the spread in seven of those ten contests. With each win the point spreads grow bigger, and the totals are even more inflated. My money is on the under in tonight's game versus Brooklyn, as this number looks way too high.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous History - The Warriors have failed to reach the total in three of their last four overall, while the Nets have gone under in six of their last seven. While the two teams have trended over in recent head to head matchups, the total for tonight's game is higher than it was in any of the previous 10 meetings.

2. Warriors Defense - While most people think of the Warriors as an offensive team, they actually rank 7th in the NBA in opponent's scoring average, allowing just 97.7 points per game.

3. X-Factor - The Nets have seen the total go under in each of their last five games away from the Barclays Center.
