*10* MASSACRE on USC.
The USC Trojans are coming off back-to-back losses to Xavier and Monmouth, but I like their chances of getting back on track when they visit UC Santa Barbara Guachos. This will be the fourth time this season the Guachos play an opponent from the PAC12, and they lost the previous three. Two of those losses came by a double-digit margin.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Trojans are 7-2 ATS in their last nine non-conference games, and they have covered the spread in four of their last five versus opponents from the Big West.
2. USC Offensive Superiority - The Trojans are averaging 84.5 points per game (20 more than the Guachos), and they are shooting 38.5 percent from three-point range (10 percent higher than the Guachos).
3. X-Factor - The Guachos have failed to cover the spread in each of their last five home games.
Selection: This is a play on the USC Trojans (10*)
