The Chicago Bears are coming off a home loss to the lowly San Francisco 49ers, and they host another bottom feeder this week. The Washington Redskins are in town, and they are coming off an ugly home loss to the Cowboys. Neither of these two teams has executed on offense in recent weeks, and I expect to see a low scoring affair.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Kirk Cousins - The Redskins quarterback has been just brutal on the road this year. He has a total of 17 TD passes, and 12 of those came at home. He's been picked off a 10 times, and eight of those INTs came on the road.

2. Previous History - The Bears have played five straight unders when coming off a loss, and they have gone under in six of their last seven games played on grass.

3. X-Factor - The weather man says to expect rain and heavy winds before and during the game here on Sunday.
